Cocoon
slow down and reconnect
13-16 February 2026 | Idyllwild, California
A long weekend retreat for women
As the days remain short and the season invites stillness, I invite you to Cocoon — a gentle pause to slow down, restore, and reconnect.
This intimate 3-night women’s retreat, held in a cozy and welcoming home in the mountains of Idyllwild, offers a space to move with the rhythm of winter: to embrace the hush, rekindle your inner warmth, and settle into deep rest and reflection. Over the course of the retreat, you’ll be guided through embodied movement, sharing circles, journaling, meditation, and nourishing meals, all designed to support presence and connection.
This is not a retreat to change yourself.
It’s a retreat to connect back to yourself.

The retreat was beautifully curated, blending moments of reflection, movement, and community in a way that felt both intentional and effortless. Every detail, from the surroundings to the activities, contributed to a transformative experience. I left feeling awakened, refreshed, and more in tune with myself—an experience I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to recharge and reconnect.

This retreat isn’t about fixing or becoming more.
It’s about slowing down and becoming present.
Reconnecting. Listening deeply.
Being with what’s there and giving it the space it needs.
The retreat was a transformative experience, meticulously crafted with extraordinary care and intention. It provided exactly the sanctuary I needed to unwind and restore myself. Sian and Claire masterfully created a sacred space where external pressures dissolved, allowing me to fully engage in self-work and self-care, and I emerged renewed and reconnected.

Our Cocoon - The Dome
About two hours Northeast of San Diego, The Dome is a cozy, down-to-earth home in the mountainous forest of Idyllwild.
With 4 main guest rooms, a big open kitchen, a light-filled living space for all our activities, a hot tub, soaking tubs, a sauna, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, it’s the perfect setting to cocoon.
You’ll have the option to share a room or to book a private room.
The entire home is ours for the weekend - a warm, safe container to slow down, exhale, and reconnect.
Your Spaceholder
Claire
I have a passion for creating heartfelt spaces that honor the whole of you. My background spans somatic movement, embodied dance, music, coaching, and teaching - but mostly, I'm a human who cares deeply about real connection, softness, and presence.
Cocoon is an offering I created with my partner, Sian, who is based in Berlin. It comes from the heart -- a gentle pause, a space to return to yourself, and to what really matters.
