Retreats

We like to call our retreats "extra long circles" because in many ways that's what they are; however, they allow for so much more time and space for connection, introspection, rest, and play. 

Like our circles, we select a theme for each retreat and craft an intentional journey around that theme. Each day is a blend of modalities and a balance of stillness and engagement. Our retreats are designed to foster connection, softness, and presence, and support women in honoring their whole selves.
 

Currently, we offer retreats in Europe and the U.S. near our communities in Berlin and San Diego. We hosted our first retreat last year in Portugal. You can read testimonials, view photos, and learn more about what our retreats include below.

Attending this retreat organized by Sian and Claire was truly an eye-opening experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep connection with nature and a sense of grounding that I hadn’t realized I needed. The retreat was beautifully curated, blending moments of reflection, movement, and community in a way that felt both intentional and effortless. Every detail, from the surroundings to the activities, contributed to a transformative experience. Your Space Holders

Claire is passionate about community, movement, and music. She is a certified ecstatic dance facilitator and DJ, and she is also trained in a somatic-based movement practice, Fluentbody. For the past three years, she’s been organizing and facilitating gatherings for women and loves creating spaces for women to connect on a deeper level with themselves and others. In the spaces she holds, she hopes that women feel they can be their most authentic selves, as she has found, on her own journey, that her authenticity and vulnerability are her greatest gifts. 

Sian is passionate about yoga, self discovery and living a meaningful life. She is a certified holistic health coach, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Bath Facilitator in Berlin. She creates these spaces for women to facilitate their transformative journeys of self discovery to foster more freedom and joy; while also providing a space for women to connect with other beautiful souls. Sian believes that while self discovery is so important, feeling safe enough to share our true selves with the world is the next big step. In these spaces, she hopes to create a sense of safety where women can go deeper within themselves, and also share these discoveries with others. 

The retreat was a transformative experience, meticulously crafted with extraordinary care and intention. It provided exactly the sanctuary I needed to unwind and restore myself. Sian and Claire masterfully created a sacred space where external pressures dissolved, allowing me to fully engage in self-work and self-care, and I emerged renewed and reconnected.
